Ash is an experienced private equity investor in the UK middle-market. He developed his expertise at Inflexion, where he worked on several investments, served as a board member, and contributed to a number of successful exits.

Prior to his venture into private equity, Ash gained experience in investment banking, particularly at Morgan Stanley and Barclays, with a focus on the industrials and business services sectors.

Matt began his private equity career at August Equity a lower-middle market investor where he was responsible for sourcing investment opportunities and providing support to portfolio companies on their buy-and-build journeys.

He also spent time at Chiltern Capital, a deal-by-deal fund. He started his career with KPMG in their M&A team.

Neil is a seasoned private equity investor with more than 15 years spent on the buy-side at firms including Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, The Olayan Group, RiverRock, and Acropolis Capital.

He has focused on direct investing in the lower mid-market since 2014, with an emphasis on specialised industrials, business services and consumer-related transactions.

From 2020 to the establishment of Novus, Neil led the scale-up of early-stage financial technology businesses involving strategic advisory and corporate development work.
